Election administration problems marred the 2023 General Election held in November. A significant and substantial flaw occurred with the voting machines in Northampton County, resulting not only in confusion and inconvenience for the day, but also uncertainty and mistrust in the electoral process thereafter. In light of these issues, I've prepared a comprehensive report.

Meet Ann

PA State Rep. Ann Flood is committed to serving as a strong voice for the communities she represents in the state Legislature. She brings firsthand experience working and collaborating with health professionals and patients to help fortify the community, as well as business owners and job creators to enhance the local economy. Ann is dedicated to promoting policies that will protect workers, while enabling employers to sustain and grow their business operations. Ann is focused on securing funding for Pennsylvania’s schools, colleges, universities, trade programs and other educational institutions, aiming to provide every student with the best opportunities for learning and success. Additionally, she is committed to implementing measures that will stabilize health care costs, making it more affordable, and expanding access to mental health services.

For the 2025-26 Legislative Session, Ann has been appointed to serve on the Appropriations, Human Services, Insurance and Transportation committees. Representative Flood also serves as Deputy Chair on Tourism for the Policy Committee and is a member of the Governor’s Advisory Commission on Women.
