Free Paper Shredding Event

I’m hosting a free paper shredding event Saturday, Oct. 11, from 10 a.m. to noon at Easton Area Middle School, 1010 Echo Trail, Easton. Bring your sensitive documents to securely dispose of them and protect your personal information.

Each household is limited to four boxes or bags of paper. Paper and manila folders are accepted. Hanging folders and X-rays will not be accepted. Staples and paper clips do not need to be removed. This event is for personal documents only; businesses cannot participate.

Officers from the Forks Township Police Department will be on site to authorize applications for free replacement license plates for damaged or hard-to-read plates. Please bring a valid driver’s license and current registration. This service is available for standard and personalized plates.

We will also be collecting worn or damaged American flags for proper retirement.
